The Atlantic P.I.L.O.T. Leadership Academy is a Newly introduced program that
is intended for undergraduate Fellowmen and Graduate Fellowmen to prepare
them to lead the Organization to the Next Level and beyond. The Program is
taken over a 12 month period and Graduates will have the capability to Lead
not only Groove Phi Groove more effectively but to also have the tools to
provide leadership in future generations of Groove Phi Men.
